Role Overview
Assist the Director of Human Resources with a variety of learning and development functions.
Own the Learning and Development function for all hotel employees, including management-level employees.
Implement company and hotel orientation and training programs.
Research and recommend internal and external learning programs aligned with business objectives and employee needs.
Conduct training needs assessments, develop or outsource programs, deliver content, and evaluate effectiveness.
Human Resources and Training Duties
- Support day-to-day learning processes and hotel strategy implementation.
- Support coaching, counseling, recruitment, engagement, training, onboarding, benefits, hiring, and retention activities.
- Assist with reward and recognition programs and training strategies.
