Mondrian Doha operates social, dining, nightlife, event, celebration, and business venues across the property.
Role Overview
The Bellman supports arriving and departing guests through luggage handling, room escorts, guest requests, and hotel information.
Daily Responsibilities
- Greet arriving guests, retrieve luggage, escort guests to rooms, and explain room facilities.
- Promote hotel restaurants, bars, spas, and other outlets.
- Deliver luggage, messages, faxes, packages, and other items for guests.
- Transport departing luggage to the lobby and verify that guests have accounted for all luggage.
- Store luggage safely and keep the luggage storage area clean and tidy.
- Share knowledge of the hotel, its services, the city, local happenings, and hotel functions.
- Provide gracious, attentive, and friendly service.
Requirements
- Must have savvy knowledge of the hotel, its services, the city, and local happenings.
- Must be fully aware of functions taking place in the hotel.
- Must provide gracious, attentive, and friendly service.
