Food & Beverage internship supporting operations across restaurants, bars, events, and banquets.
The role provides exposure to guest service, service standards, menu knowledge, and food and beverage hygiene.
Daily responsibilities
- Assist with daily Food & Beverage operations across multiple venues.
- Support breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquet, event, themed-night, and promotional service.
- Prepare tables, mise-en-place, and service areas before each shift.
- Greet guests, handle requests, and provide attentive service.
- Apply service standards, upselling techniques, and menu knowledge.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide smooth and timely service.
- Handle food, beverages, and equipment in line with hygiene standards.
- Share feedback and ideas to improve guest satisfaction.
