Role Overview
LanceSoft Middle East is hiring a Lead Project Manager at director level for a 12-month assignment in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The role targets senior professionals with major infrastructure programme experience across the UAE and GCC.
Minimum Qualifications
- A B.Sc. in Engineering is required.
- The role requires 20 or more years of overall infrastructure experience.
- Candidates should have a background as a Programme Director, Project Director, or Senior Project Manager within a PMC, consultancy, or major contractor.
- Significant UAE or GCC government or semi-government infrastructure experience is required.
Ideal Candidate Experience
- Proven leadership of major multidisciplinary infrastructure programmes from design through construction.
- Experience across transport, roads, utilities, or municipal infrastructure.
- Strong programme-level control of scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk, and interfaces.
- Experience managing Designer, Supervision Consultant, and Contractor performance.
- Experience owning Programme Management Plans, delivery baselines, and Integrated Master Schedules.
- Strong expertise in programme controls, cost management, change management, and risk management.
- Ability to drive early decision-making and resolve critical delivery issues.
