- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of solutions within Varicent to support business requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Optimize Varicent workflows, rules, calculations, and reporting to ensure efficient and accurate incentive compensation processes
- Provide ongoing support for Varicent production environments, ensuring system stability and performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including data discrepancies, configuration errors, and user challenges
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
- Partner with business teams (e.g., Sales, Finance, HR) to understand incentive compensation goals and translate them into technical solutions
- Conduct impact analysis for system changes and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
- Support testing efforts, including unit testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing
- Develop and maintain clear documentation for system configurations, workflows, and processes
- Provide training and guidance to users on Varicent functionality and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Varicent or similar Incentive Compensation Management platforms
- Proven experience in system configuration, implementation, and production support
- Strong understanding of incentive compensation processes and related business functions (e.g., sales operations, financial reporting)
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data analysis tools
- Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders

About The Role

About You
