- Serve as primary executive contact and trusted technology advisor for strategic clients
- Cultivate high impact relationships with key client stakeholders and decision makers
- Align technology proposals with client's long term strategic business and technology goals
- Lead executive engagements including Steering Committee meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Drive commercial growth by identifying upsell, cross sell, and referral opportunities
- Partner with internal Project Managers and delivery teams to ensure project execution
- Champion product adoption with client stakeholders
- Deliver external thought leadership at industry conferences and author white papers
- Influence internal product strategy by sharing client insights
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise account management, program delivery, consulting, or professional services
- Demonstrated track record of managing high value, complex client accounts and partnering with C suite executives
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills
- Strong background in consultative, solution based selling
- Adept at stakeholder management and navigating complex organizations
- High strategic agility
