About the Role
Thomson Reuters is looking for an AI Product Security Manager to lead the Product Security Core team. You will own the Secure Software Development Lifecycle, including threat modeling, security testing, and software supply chain integrity, and lead the Secure AI program.

Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Product Security team, managing and coaching senior Product Security Engineers.
- Own and execute the Product Security program including threat modeling, secure design, security testing, and vulnerability remediation.
- Lead Secure AI for products, defining how Thomson Reuters secures AI powered customer features.
- Build and operate security automation and AI enabled capabilities.
- Scale security as a developer experience through self service tooling and CI/CD native controls.
- Operate a security data and analytics layer for risk based prioritization.
- Partner across security, engineering, and business to align priorities and translate technical risk.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product security, application security, or software security engineering, including experience leading or managing senior security engineers.
- Demonstrated ownership of a Secure SDLC program across a multi product engineering organization.
- Hands on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong software engineering instincts with ability to read and write code in Python, Go, or similar languages.
- Working knowledge of GenAI and LLM security.
- Experience scaling security through developer friendly tools and automation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands on familiarity with Google Cloud security (preferred).
- Experience securing AI/ML platforms (preferred).
- Experience building or operating AI security capabilities (preferred).
- Knowledge of software supply chain security (preferred).
- Familiarity with industry frameworks such as OWASP ASVS/SAMM, NIST CSF, OWASP LLM Top 10 (preferred).

Compensation
- For Ontario, Canada, the base compensation range for this role is CAD 140,000 CAD 175,000 per year.
- This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus.
Workplace
- Hybrid work model: 2 3 days a week in the office depending on the role.
- Location: Toronto, hybrid.
