Role Overview
Lead an Agentic Process Automation team delivering enterprise solutions that combine RPA, AI agents, generative AI, systems integration, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
The role combines hands-on automation development, agentic AI, solution architecture, business analysis, and technical delivery.
The position is a permanent role based in Downtown Toronto with four days onsite.
Responsibilities
- Design enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and related Microsoft capabilities.
- Develop autonomous and semi-autonomous agents with decision logic, guardrails, confidence thresholds, human review, exception handling, and audit trails.
- Design multi-agent orchestration patterns and build end-to-end solutions using AI agents, UiPath, Power Platform, integrations, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Integrate agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, SaaS applications, and automation platforms.
- Apply UiPath Cloud Platform capabilities and use Power Apps and Power Automate for automation delivery.
- Lead discovery workshops, process assessments, solutioning sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
- Recommend architectures based on scalability, security, cost, risk, maintainability, and expected outcomes.
- Modernize RPA solutions with AI and agentic capabilities where appropriate.
