Job Description
- Supervise laundry operations ensuring hotel standards and procedures are followed.
Main Duties
- Go through log book for follow up.
- Periodical check up linen chart and pantry to ensure all housework are completed within the same day.
- Ensure all linen/rewash linen have been returned promptly.
- Check if any preventive maintenance.
- Keep records of daily housework, production record.
- Rotate employees to different job whenever necessary.
- Ensure ample stock of chemicals and other items.
- Keep records on attendance of all laundry staff to prepare duty rosters.
- Participate in monthly inventories.
- Maximize potential of ambassadors through training programs.
- Work closely with staff and do on job training.
- Create positive working environment and develop team work.
Qualifications
- Experience in hotel laundry supervision.
- Knowledge of linen and uniform care.
- Ability to train and supervise staff.
Miscellaneous
- All ambassadors may be assigned to other duties as required by business levels.
