Role Overview
The Landscape Section Manager oversees planning and execution of landscape construction activities across assigned UAE real estate development projects.
The role ensures delivery against approved designs, specifications, quality standards, project timelines, and authority requirements.
Landscape Delivery
- Plan, supervise, and manage softscape works including planting, turfing, and tree transplantation.
- Plan, supervise, and manage hardscape works including paving, pergolas, hardscape features, and water features.
- Review landscape drawings, BOQs, and specifications for accurate site execution.
- Coordinate with irrigation, MEP, civil, and architectural teams for timely, clash-free installation.
- Monitor subcontractor and vendor performance against quality, safety, and program requirements.
