As CoinW continues to grow, we are looking for ambitious Business Development Consultants with Forex/Crypto Exchange/Blockchain experience to join our team and be responsible for solutions that help us grow regional business and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute market penetration and business development plans to bring new regional partners.
- Identify opportunities that align with company values and growth goals for our global affiliate/partnership program.
- Execution of the existing sales strategy to secure new channels and customers and identify opportunities with existing and new channels in a key region.
- Working closely with regional partners from the onboarding process, product training, marketing plans, and customer acquisition plans to KPI management.
- Seeking new market opportunities and new partnership models to improve company revenue.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English, any additional languages is a plus
- Sales experience **(B2B)** in Forex, Financial services products or Crypto Exchange
- Has Community Manager or Marketing background for Blockchain projects or Crypto Exchanges.
- Proven track record in sales, with experience meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
- Experience working with financial products.
- Familiarity with the blockchain/cryptocurrency industry and related products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
