Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global brand strategy to enhance brand influence, trustworthiness, and industry voice in the Web3 field
- Design and optimize user growth models, and lead key market campaigns for new market entry and product launches
- Monitor trends in the Web3 industry and rapidly adjust marketing strategies to seize emerging opportunities
- Coordinate branding, growth, product marketing, public relations, social media, and content marketing teams
- Work closely with product, technology, and compliance teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals and regulatory requirements
- Develop regional marketing strategies for North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific, and manage local partners (KOLs, media, communities)
- Ensure marketing content complies with cultural, linguistic, and regulatory requirements of different regions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a CMO or senior marketing management position
- Proven experience in the Web3 industry (e.g., digital asset exchanges, DeFi protocols, NFT platforms, or Web3 infrastructure)
- Demonstrated success in overseas market expansion, especially in North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia
- English as the working language

Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Brand Building: Develop and execute a global brand strategy to enhance the exchange's brand influence, trustworthiness, and industry voice in the Web3 field. Manage brand positioning, visual system, and communication tone.
- Market Growth and User Acquisition: Design and optimize user growth models, and lead key market campaigns such as entering new markets and promoting product launches. Gain a deep understanding of Web3 user segments and formulate precise marketing strategies.
- Web3 Industry Marketing Innovation: Monitor trends in the Web3 industry, and rapidly adjust marketing strategies to seize emerging opportunities.
- Market Team and Cross departmental Collaboration: Coordinate branding, growth, product marketing, public relations, social media, and content marketing teams. Work closely with product, technology, and compliance teams.
- Global Market Localization Execution: Develop regional marketing strategies (e.g., for North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific), and manage local partners (KOLs, media, communities). Ensure marketing content complies with cultural, linguistic, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a CMO or senior marketing management position.
- Proven experience in the Web3 industry, such as working in Web3 digital asset exchanges, DeFi protocols, NFT platforms, or Web3 infrastructure companies.
- Demonstrated success in overseas market expansion, especially in North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. English as the working language.
