Requirements
- 8+ years of operations experience in internet, fintech, or crypto
- 3+ years in team leadership or senior management roles
- Prior experience as COO / VP of Operations / Director of Operations at a crypto exchange, brokerage, fintech platform, or payment company
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, computer science, business, or related fields
- Deep understanding of crypto exchange business models and industry ecosystem
- Proven user growth methodology with successful track records
- Strong data acumen and analytical capabilities
- Global mindset with multi market operations experience
- Professional working proficiency in English

Position Overview
- As a core member of CoinW's executive leadership team, the COO will oversee the establishment and execution of the exchange's global operations framework.
- Working closely with the CEO to define corporate strategy and drive execution, this role is responsible for efficiency improvement and performance delivery across operations, product, marketing, customer support, and compliance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop the company's mid to long term strategy and annual business targets, cascade goals across business lines, and drive execution; own overall operational KPIs including user growth, trading volume, retention, and revenue.
- Establish business analytics and dashboard systems, deliver regular operational health reports, and conduct business reviews with the Board and executive team to proactively identify business risks and propose optimization solutions.
- Orchestrate cross functional resources across product, engineering, marketing, risk, compliance, and finance to improve overall organizational efficiency.
- Build and optimize the exchange's end to end operations framework, including user operations, campaign operations, content operations, community operations, and VIP operations.
- Lead the formulation of global multi regional operations strategies, design localized operation plans for key markets (Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe, Latin America, etc.), and drive regional user acquisition and trading activity growth.
- Establish operations SOPs and standardized processes, drive tooling, data driven, and automation upgrades to continuously improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the product team to define product priorities and roadmap, surface product requirements from an operations perspective, and drive implementation to continuously optimize user experience and conversion funnels.
- Own the full user lifecycle management, build the acquisition–activation–retention–monetization–referral growth model, and drive core metric growth.
- Oversee the key account/VIP user operations system to improve high net worth user retention and ARPU.
- Align with the Head of Marketing on global integrated marketing strategies to ensure operations campaigns are synchronized with brand cadence and drive efficient traffic conversion.
- Oversee operations conversion across KOL, community, and media channels, establish channel performance measurement systems, and optimize ROI.
- Participate in business negotiation and execution of major industry events and strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- 8+ years of operations experience in internet, fintech, or crypto; 3+ years in team leadership or senior management roles.
- Prior experience as COO / VP of Operations / Director of Operations at a crypto exchange, brokerage, fintech platform, or payment company is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, computer science, business, or related fields.
- Deep understanding of crypto exchange business models and industry ecosystem; familiarity with core product logic including spot, futures, and derivatives.
- Proven user growth methodology with successful track records of building operations systems from scratch or driving scaled growth.
- Strong data acumen and analytical capabilities; ability to drive business decisions through data; proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Global mindset with multi market operations experience; familiarity with Middle East, Southeast Asia, or European market characteristics is a plus.
- Balanced strategic thinking and execution capability — able to contribute to top level design and lead teams to deliver results.
- Exceptional cross functional coordination and execution ability to integrate resources and achieve goals in complex environments.
- High stress tolerance; able to adapt to the 24/7 fast paced and volatile crypto industry.
- Professional working proficiency in English for international business communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous core operations experience at top tier exchanges.
- End to end experience building overseas exchange operations teams from zero to one.
- Established local networks and resources in the Middle East, North Africa, or Southeast Asia.
- Compliance operations background with CAMS, ACAMS, or related anti money laundering certifications.
- Startup experience with hands on system building experience.
