About the Role

Responsibilities
- Explore, connect and negotiate with top and mid tier blockchain, finance and trading KOLs across global regions
- Build and lead the KOL BD team, formulate annual, quarterly and monthly business indicators
- Design customized overseas KOL marketing cooperation plans based on platform product features and market hotspots
- Monitor core indicators including KOL investment data, exposure, fan growth, user registration and transaction conversion
- Maintain long term and stable cooperative relationships with overseas KOLs and explore in depth cooperation opportunities
- Keep track of global crypto market policies and industry marketing trends, and ensure compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 5 years of experience in overseas KOL BD and influencer marketing in the Web3/cryptocurrency/blockchain industry
- At least 3 years of team management experience
- Possess mature global overseas KOL, community and media resource reserves
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing)
- Familiar with rules and content ecology of TikTok, YouTube, Twitter and Telegram
- Strong capabilities in business negotiation, resource integration, team coordination and problem solving
- High data sensitivity, good at optimizing marketing strategies through data review
- Goal oriented, high pressure resistance, global market thinking
- Familiar with compliance bottom line of the crypto industry with rigorous risk control awareness

Key Responsibilities
- Global KOL Channel Construction & Expansion: Responsible for exploring, connecting and negotiating with top and mid tier blockchain, finance and trading KOLs, influencers and community bloggers across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, Europe, America and other regions.
- Team Management & Goal Decomposition: Independently build and lead the KOL BD team, formulate annual, quarterly and monthly business indicators, and decompose growth, cooperation and conversion goals.
- Marketing Plan Planning & Implementation: Design customized overseas KOL marketing cooperation plans based on platform product features, market hotspots and regional user preferences.
- Data Review & Strategy Optimization: Monitor core indicators including KOL investment data, exposure, fan growth, user registration and transaction conversion, and accurately calculate project ROI.
- Resource Maintenance & In depth Cooperation: Maintain long term and stable cooperative relationships with overseas KOLs, explore in depth and exclusive cooperation opportunities with top influencers.
- Market Research & Risk Control: Keep track of global crypto market policies, regional market rules and industry marketing trends, strictly control the compliance of the entire KOL cooperation process.
Job Requirements
- Industry Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 5 years of experience in overseas KOL BD and influencer marketing in the Web3/cryptocurrency/blockchain industry, including at least 3 years of team management experience.
- Resource Capability: Possess mature global overseas KOL, community and media resource reserves.
- Language & Communication: Fluent in English (proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing), capable of independently completing full English overseas business negotiations.
- Comprehensive Competencies: Strong capabilities in business negotiation, resource integration, team coordination and problem solving; high data sensitivity.
- Professionalism: Familiar with the compliance bottom line of the crypto industry with rigorous risk control awareness.
