Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with assigned pharmacy accounts, ensuring alignment on business objectives, commercial terms, and growth plans.
  • Deliver sell in and sell out targets through accurate forecasting, demand planning, and effective execution of commercial plans.
  • Develop and implement Joint Business Plans (JBPs) tailored to each account, including promotions, trade activities, and visibility initiatives.
  • Ensure excellence in in store execution, including product availability, merchandising standards, and promotional compliance through AVR.
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, trade terms, and promotions to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive positioning.
  • Track KPIs (sales, off take, stock levels, ROI on activations) and provide actionable insights to optimize account performance.
  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and field teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Develop comprehensive stakeholder mapping for assigned accounts and build strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
  • Create clear account strategies and actionable growth plans in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive execution of account plans by effectively mobilizing internal resources to maximize business growth opportunities.
  • Lead and coordinate cross functional teams to ensure a unified One Galderma approach toward customers.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree (science/ pharmacy) or equivalent experience/qualification.
  • At least 7 8 years working experience in the sales field in a multinational pharmaceutical industry.
  • Should have min 100% annual sales target achievement in past 2 3 years.
