About the Role
Galderma is seeking a Field Force Manager to lead a team of Medical Representatives in the central region of Saudi Arabia. You will drive qualitative objectives, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and implement marketing programs.

Responsibilities
- Lead, direct and motivate the team to achieve overall central region objectives
- Deliver country/territory objectives according to set plan & strategy
- Supervise sales team to ensure achievement of KPIs, objectives and marketing plan targets
- Support and follow up the implementation of professional marketing programs
- Establish strong relationships with local distributor’s team
- Establish plans and strategies to expand the HCP base and contribute to training and educational programs
- Drive and develop key account strategies and plans
- Work effectively in coordination with other related departments, analyze and interpret results
- Deliver company strategy in Aesthetics/Dermatology clinics through active implementation of marketing programs
- Create effective territory structure, evaluate periodically and update if necessary
- Build long term strategic relationships with KOLs & other stakeholders
- Adhere to all country laws, company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
Requirements
- University degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or any equivalent degree
- Fluent in English (Business English written and spoken/presentations)
- Pharmacy/Healthcare background with 3 5 years sales management experience at least
- Proven leadership capabilities
- Effective presentation and communication skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Business planning and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PPT and other IT tools
- Experience in injectable aesthetics is an added advantage
- Arabic language fluency is an added asset

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For
- University degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or any equivalent degree.
- Language: fluent in English especially Business English (written and spoken/presentations etc.), Arabic language fluency is an added asset.
- Experience in injectable aesthetics is an added advantage.
- Pharmacy/Healthcare background with 3 5 years sales management experience at least.
- Actively use internal CRM System, follow up and evaluate teams' daily activities.
- Provide accurate follow up in all reporting systems such as periodic reporting and HCP database.
- Proven leadership capabilities.
- Effective presentation and communication skills.
- Strong Customer orientation.
- Business planning and organizational skills.
- Excel, PPT and other IT tools Skills: Highest level of proficiency in these tools is required.
