- Manage and develop relationships with assigned pharmacy accounts
- Deliver sell in and sell out targets through accurate forecasting and demand planning
- Develop and implement Joint Business Plans (JBPs) tailored to each account
- Ensure excellence in in store execution including product availability and merchandising
- Lead negotiations on pricing, trade terms, and promotions
- Track KPIs and provide actionable insights to optimize account performance
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Develop stakeholder mapping and build relationships with key decision makers
- Lead cross functional teams to ensure a unified approach toward customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in science/pharmacy or equivalent
- At least 7 8 years of sales experience in a multinational pharmaceutical industry
- Minimum 100% annual sales target achievement in past 2 3 years

Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Manage and develop relationships with assigned pharmacy accounts.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree (science/pharmacy) or equivalent experience/qualification.
- At least 7 8 years working experience in sales in a multinational pharmaceutical industry.
- Should have min 100% annual sales target achievement in past 2 3 years.
