4+ years Proven experience in a Key Account Management or senior account role within freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain

Strong commercial acumen — comfortable owning margin, P&L impact, and account profitability

The ability to build genuine, multi-level client trust — not just maintain contracts

Confidence navigating global trade dynamics and translating them into client-ready strategy

A collaborative, solutions-first mindset when things get complex (because in freight, they will)
