Role Overview
The Client Services Representative supports client experiences and helps keep international supply chains running smoothly.
The role coordinates freight movements, manages client information, and works across teams to deliver accurate logistics solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Build long-term client relationships through regular communication and collaboration.
- Track, manage, and coordinate shipments using the OneTrack Dashboard from order to delivery.
- Maintain client dashboards, profiles, and reports so information remains current and reliable.
- Set up new accounts, assist with onboarding, and support smooth transitions.
- Identify process improvements, resolve issues proactively, and share insights with Sales and Account Management.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to support colleagues and service delivery.
What Sets You Apart
- At least three years of customer service experience.
- Experience in freight forwarding or international logistics is greatly advantageous.
- Passion for customer success and a solutions-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail and sense of ownership.
- Excellent communication and organization skills with the ability to multitask.
- Team-first mindset and willingness to help colleagues succeed.
