Whether you’re coordinating freight movements, managing key accounts, or shaping logistics solutions, your work will help businesses move confidently across borders.

Be the voice of the client: Build meaningful, long‑term relationships through regular communication and genuine collaboration.

Deliver seamless logistics solutions: Track, manage, and coordinate shipments using our OneTrack Dashboard, ensuring smooth transitions from order to delivery.

Drive efficiency and accuracy: Maintain client dashboards, profiles, and reports to keep information current and reliable.

Empower new partnerships: Set up new accounts, assist with onboarding, and ensure each transition feels effortless.

Champion continuous improvement: Spot opportunities to streamline processes, resolve issues proactively, and share insights with Sales and Account Management teams.

Collaborate with excellence: Work closely with both onshore and offshore teams, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive, high‑performing culture.

Previous experience in customer service (3+ years), freight forwarding, or international logistics (Is greatly advantageous).

A genuine passion for customer success — you take pride in finding solutions and going the extra mile.

A sharp eye for detail and strong sense of ownership; you don’t just follow up, you follow through.

Excellent communication and organisation skills, with the confidence to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
