About the Role
BD is hiring a Key Account Manager for BDI Urology & Critical Care in Qatar or Kuwait. The role involves managing key accounts, promoting medical devices to hospitals and ICUs, achieving sales targets, and building relationships with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
- Ensure optimal and continuous product support on the market and in different institutions
- Improve development of existing products and support new product launches
- Achieve sales targets in the designated territory
- Build sustainable positive relationships with target HCPs and different partners
- Ensure customer satisfaction, manage expectations, improve and expand market penetration and adoption
- Conduct customer segmentation to ensure target customers are approached with optimal tools and frequency
- Maintain customer database to ensure full understanding of customer needs
- Conduct ongoing market analysis including market, competitive, and business intelligence
- Help organize promotional and educational group meetings, symposia and conferences for doctors and other medical staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare sciences or discipline
- 2 3 years of sales experience from healthcare background
- Relevant experience or exposure in medical devices/technology
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong customer focus & analytical skills

About the role
- As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts in the assigned territory and work strategically to increase the awareness and create the demand of the company products. They will be responsible for promoting products or group of products to a variety of customers includi

About you
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare sciences or discipline
- Relevant experience or exposure in medical devices/technology is key
- 2 3 years of sales experience from healthcare background

- Strong customer focus & analytical skills.
