About the Role

- Supervise the maintenance and repair of the hotel's Ken Fix systems, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components.
- Lead a team of technicians and provide guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for Ken Fix systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of Ken Fix systems to identify issues.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment related to Ken Fix systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to address Ken Fix related guest complaints.
- Monitor and analyze energy consumption of Ken Fix systems and implement conservation initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in supervising maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to lead a team of technicians and provide guidance and training.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and scheduling.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to coordinate with external contractors and vendors.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and practices.
