Responsibilities
- Responsible for upkeep of guest floors, public areas and back areas as per standards
- Manage and supervise all tasks of his/her staff
- Ensure that guest supplies are replenished
- Optimize work productivity by effectively scheduling and allocating resources
- Ensure team follows periodical cleaning schedules
- Ensure guest requirements and requests are promptly and efficiently responded to
- Conduct regular room checklists
- Record room status in allocated section accurately
- Comply with hotel's health, safety and hygiene policies
- Ensure employees are informed daily about priorities to personalize service
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar capacity in 5 star hotels
- Experience in luxury or upscale hospitality segment preferred
- Strong guest relations and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team

What you will be doing
- Responsible for upkeep of guest floors, public areas and back areas as per standards.
- Manage and supervise all tasks of his/her staff.
- Ensure that guest supplies are replenished.

Your experience and skills include
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar capacity in 5* hotels.
- Experience in luxury or upscale hospitality segment is preferred.

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team.
