About the Role
Pullman Hotels & Resorts is hiring an Electrician to operate, maintain, and repair electrical equipment and systems, including fire alarm and motor control centers. Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and repair all electrical equipment and systems including fire alarm, motor control centers, and electrical interconnectivity with third party systems.
- Assist fire alarm contractors on scheduled maintenance.
- Ensure sufficient stock of spare parts and check quality of purchased materials.
- Execute energy saving measures to reduce energy cost.
- Carry out daily checks on lighting control, power system, electrical service rooms, energy meters, transformer rooms, fire pump rooms, room management system, water tank systems, and BMS system.
- Perform preventive maintenance work on electrical equipment and maintain service/history reports.
- Attend to repair and maintain electrical service systems and general mechanical systems.
- Participate in the Hotel Energy Conservation Program.
- Ensure plant room, workshop, and related areas are kept clean and tidy.
- Carry out breakdown service in guest rooms and public area electrical equipment.
Requirements
- Experience in operating, maintaining, and repairing electrical equipment and systems.
- Knowledge of fire alarm systems, motor control centers, and electrical interconnectivity.
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance and maintain service records.
- Familiarity with energy saving measures and energy management.
- Ability to work in a hotel environment and handle guest room breakdowns.
