- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in storage and handling
- Conduct regular quality checks across pastry production
- Manage budget and control food costs efficiently
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and procurement of ingredients and tools
- Handle guest feedback and ensure exceptional pastry experiences
- Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain kitchen cleanliness
Requirements
- Expertise in pastry techniques, chocolate work and bakery production
- At least 2 3 years in a supervisory role in pastry
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity
- Knowledgeable in food safety and quality standards with required HACCP certifications
- Excellent communicator and team collaborator
