The Junior Title Officer supports title insurance operations, customer service, quality control, reporting, filing, and data entry activities.
The role operates within documented service level agreements and applicable lender procedures.
How You'll Contribute
- Prepare and review documents, including title searches, while applying applicable underwriting guidelines.
- Complete requests for insurance within documented service level agreements and lender procedures.
- Respond to communications according to best-practice standards and STAR qualities.
- Develop internal and external partnerships to improve the customer service experience.
- Complete daily quality control activities according to audit guidelines.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Assist with reports, filing, and data entry.
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in a financial or legal environment is considered an asset.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills are required.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage competing priorities are required.
- Ability to exercise good judgment when protecting confidential information is required.
- Working knowledge of social media automation tools is required.
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
Operating Hours
- Core operating hours are 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Total Direct Compensation
- The stated total direct compensation range is 39,000 to 46,870 CAD.
- The range may include base pay plus expected incentives or allowances, where applicable.

- Hybrid work arrangements are available.
