Network Management
- Ensure sufficient notary coverage across Quebec regions for all RLS agreements.
- Ensure notaries provide excellent customer service, understand the partnership, and meet contractual service levels.
- Identify strong notary partners, explain partnership agreements, and onboard new partners.
- Maintain close partner relationships through regular meetings and communications.
Service Levels and Planning
- Monitor notary service levels and remain accountable for service-level results.
- Recommend specific network actions and improvements to notary services.
- Assess transaction volume and regional notary needs and staff network coverage accordingly.
- Manage notary complaints and recommend new partnerships or partnership terminations.
Qualifications
- Specialized knowledge of the RLS business, notarial profession, and Quebec mortgage closing process.
- Five to seven years of experience in the notarial, real estate, or mortgage business.
- Post-secondary degree or paralegal degree.
- Ability to build long-term relationships and strong partnerships.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills across internal and external organizational levels.
- Customer-focused, creative, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills and comfort managing competing priorities.
- French-English bilingualism is required to communicate with clients and internal partners.
Compensation
- Total direct compensation is $120,774 to $147,611 CAD, including base pay and any applicable expected incentives or allowances.
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid work arrangements are offered.
