The Creative Concept team is seeking a Junior Architect interested in design, visual storytelling, and the evolving role of AI in architecture and placemaking.
The role contributes to concepts across architecture, masterplanning, landscape, interiors, hospitality, and destination projects.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in creating architectural, masterplanning, landscape, and placemaking concepts.
- Use AI tools to explore design ideas, materials, massing options, and user experiences.
- Develop AI-generated concepts into practical and visually compelling design proposals.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, design reports, and concept boards.
- Produce 3D models and massing studies to support conceptual design development.
- Contribute to AI workflows, design references, and visual libraries.
- Research and experiment with emerging design technologies and creative tools.
- Support design reviews and concept evaluations with multiple creative options.
Education and experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related design discipline.
- 0–2 years of professional experience.
- Outstanding fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
Core skills and software
- Strong conceptual and creative design capabilities.
- Excellent hand-drawn and digital sketching skills.
- Ability to communicate ideas through visual storytelling and graphics.
- Strong interest in AI and how it can enhance the design process.
- Experience with some or all of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, SketchUp, Rhino, and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Magnific, Kling, Seedance, Nano Banana, or similar tools is advantageous.
