Support management of company social media accounts, audience engagement, and digital marketing activities.
Work with the Social Media Manager to grow the online presence, increase brand awareness, and foster community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Monitor channels, respond to audience interactions, and identify trends and engagement opportunities.
- Create captions, posts, and stories that align with the brand voice.
- Collaborate with design and content teams on visual and messaging quality.
- Track social media metrics and report insights to the Social Media Manager.
- Assist with paid campaigns, influencer outreach, and content strategy brainstorming.
- Keep content aligned with branding guidelines and compliance policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or relevant experience.
- Experience in social media management or content creation; internships and personal projects are acceptable.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills using Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar tools.
Desired Skills
- Experience with social media advertising, SEO, influencer campaigns, email marketing, or blogging.
- Basic photography or videography skills.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous.
- Interest in current digital and social media trends.
