A leading UAE-based organization is seeking a
Senior Manager Transformation
to lead the end-to-end transformation of its sales function reporting to VP / SVP Sales Transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end
Sales or business Transformation
across strategy, processes, operating model, technology, KPIs and governance.
- Identify sales performance gaps and design practical transformation roadmaps to improve
sales effectiveness, productivity and customer experience
.
- Drive CRM, digital, data/analytics and automation initiatives across the sales lifecycle.
- Lead sales process redesign, performance management, incentive/KPI frameworks and change management.
- Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into measurable commercial outcomes.
Ideal Profile
- UAE-based candidate with
strong consulting background
in Sales/Commercial Transformation.
- Proven experience delivering
end-to-end transformation programmes
, preferably within large, complex organizations.
- Strong understanding of sales operating models, CRM, sales processes, analytics, digital enablement and change management.
- Experience from a leading
strategy/management consulting firm
strongly preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work with C-suite leadership.
