Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across Rooms, Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Food and Beverage, Spa, and Recreation.
• Maintain exceptional luxury hospitality standards and personalized guest service.
• Ensure compliance with Forbes Travel Guide and Leading Quality Assurance standards.
• Execute operational strategies with the General Manager and department heads.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, quality scores, profitability, productivity, and service delivery.
• Lead, coach, and develop department managers.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, labor management, cost control, and revenue optimization.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance requirements.
• Drive operational efficiency, service enhancements, and guest experience initiatives.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery matters.

Candidate Profile

• Eight to twelve years of progressive luxury hospitality experience are required.
• Three to five years in a Hotel Manager or senior operational leadership role are required.
• Experience managing high-volume luxury hotels or resorts is required.
• Experience across Rooms Division and Food and Beverage Operations is required.
• Knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide standards and Leading Quality Assurance requirements is required.
• Experience leading multicultural teams and driving employee engagement is required.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen is required.
• Experience with hotel openings, renovations, repositioning projects, or operational transformations is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills are required.
• A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
