On a confidential basis, we've been looking to find our next Talent Acquisition Partner: someone ready to take real ownership of recruitment, build genuine relationships with leaders, and make the role their own from day one.*

• Own full-cycle recruitment for corporate teams — including marketing, finance, and sales — from posting through offer
• Act as a true business partner to hiring leaders, staying connected well beyond the transactional "fill the req" moment
• Support hiring across the organization's independent contractor field network, including postings, screening, and interview logistics
• Bring fresh ideas to the table — process improvements, employer branding, and relationships with schools and training programs that feed the talent pipeline
• Take the lead on ad hoc talent projects as the team and organization grow

• 4–5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally with some generalist HR exposure
• An entrepreneurial, go-getter mindset with a genuine sense of urgency
• Strong relationship-building instincts — comfortable earning trust and influencing leaders quickly
• Confidence operating with autonomy in a collaborative, low-hierarchy environment
• Retail, sales, or consumer-facing industry experience is an asset
• Project or change management experience is a bonus — a systems transition is on the horizon

• Base salary: $90,000–$100,000, commensurate with experience
• Annual bonus potential of up to 10%
