Hotel Manager

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across Rooms, Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Food & Beverage, Spa, and Recreation.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and personalized service.
• Maintain Forbes Travel Guide and Leading Quality Assurance standards.
• Work with the General Manager and department heads on operational strategies and business objectives.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, quality scores, profitability, productivity, and service delivery.
• Lead, coach, and develop department managers.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, labor management, cost control, and revenue optimization.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance requirements.
• Drive operational efficiency and guest experience initiatives.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery matters.

Candidate Profile

• Require 8-12 years of progressive luxury hospitality experience.
• Require 3-5 years in a Hotel Manager or senior operational leadership role.
• Require experience managing high-volume luxury hotels or resorts.
• Require operational experience in Rooms Division and Food & Beverage Operations.
• Require knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide Standards and LQA requirements.
• Require experience leading multicultural teams and driving employee engagement.
• Require strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience with openings, renovations, repositioning, or operational transformations is advantageous.
• Require strong leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
