Job Description
- Assist in recording daily financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, and sales.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in both manual and accounting systems.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts on a regular basis.
- Assist in monitoring accounts payable and receivable.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents for audit and compliance purposes.
- Assist in payroll processing and tracking employee-related expenses.
- Monitor and track farm operational expenses and report any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement and storekeeping teams to verify inventory-related transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and basic accounting standards.
- Assist senior accountants or finance managers with additional tasks as required.
Qualifications
- **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **Experience:** 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance; fresh graduates with strong knowledge may also be considered.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and basic accounting software.
- **Certifications:** Relevant certifications or accounting training is an advantage.
- **Languages:** Proficiency in English is required.
