Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with HSE requirements
- Monitor implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions for identified safety concerns
- Assist in conducting risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and hazard identification activities
- Conduct or support safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE awareness programs
- Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions
- Prepare incident reports and follow up on corrective actions
- Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, permits, and compliance documentation
- Support emergency preparedness activities and drills
- Ensure availability of PPE, safety equipment, and proper site housekeeping
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Valid NEBOSH Certificate (Attested) is mandatory
- Valid UAE Educational Certificate Equivalency is mandatory
- Minimum 2–3 years of HSE experience in construction or contracting companies within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, construction safety requirements, and industry best practices
- Experience conducting site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HSE reporting
- Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and provide professional HSE support on a part time basis

- Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance: Conduct site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with HSE requirements. - Incident Investigation & Reporting: Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions. Prepare incident reports and follow up on corrective actions.
- Documentation & Compliance Monitoring: Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, permits, and compliance documentation. Assist in preparing HSE reports and support audits and inspections.

Qualifications & Skills
