About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Own risk identification, assessment, early-warning analysis and end-to-end tracking.
• Develop and maintain the Project Risk Management Plan, Risk Register and Lessons Learned Register.
• Govern risk and lessons-learned workflows in the project Interface Management System.
• Facilitate workshops with clients, subcontractors and the Quality Engineering team.
• Track risk owners, mitigation actions and deadlines through full closure.
• Conduct post-project reviews and organize lessons-learned case studies.
• Drive responses and closure of client comments from reviews and progress meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant engineering discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in comparable roles.
• Experience with risk and interface management for large-scale EPCI projects is required; offshore Middle-East experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle EPCI project-management workflows.
• Professional background in offshore engineering interface management.
• Fluent written and verbal business English is required.
