Role Overview
Join an established managed service provider delivering IT support and infrastructure services to well-known businesses.
Provide hands-on technical support directly to customers, remotely and at customer premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and act as a trusted customer support contact.
- Visit customer sites to investigate and resolve technical issues.
- Perform installations and planned maintenance.
- Manage incidents, requests, and technical tasks through the Service Desk system.
- Keep customers updated and progress tickets within agreed SLAs.
- Escalate critical, complex, and high-priority issues to management.
- Organise daily workloads and prioritise urgent tasks.
- Monitor customer environments and infrastructure for reliability.
- Install, configure, test, maintain, and repair IT hardware, software, and related systems.
- Maintain accurate ticket records and document technical work.
- Respond to major incidents remotely and at customer locations.
Compensation
- Salary is £30,000 to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- The role includes 40 days of paid holiday annually.
