- Drive the technical execution of IT projects by supporting the deployment and operation of business critical systems
- Work closely with cross functional teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure project milestones are delivered on schedule
- Evaluate system health through regular performance reviews and implement improvements that enhance reliability and efficiency
- Assist in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing software platforms while ensuring seamless connectivity across integrated systems
- Produce clear technical documentation, maintain project records, and provide regular updates on implementation progress
- Participate in testing, validation, and continuous improvement activities to ensure solutions meet operational and quality expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related engineering discipline
- 2+ years of experience supporting IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, or technology implementation projects
- Good understanding of operating systems, networking principles, databases, and system integration concepts
- Strong problem solving mindset with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders
