We are seeking an experienced **IT Procurement Female Junior Executive** to join our team as a hybrid role.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing IT equipment, software, and services for our organization.
Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with IT vendors for hardware, software, and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with IT suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and reliable delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their IT requirements and provide procurement support.
- Monitor and track IT procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Review and approve purchase orders, invoices, and contracts related to IT procurement.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in IT procurement processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in IT procurement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT/ Supply Chain Management, or related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Female candidate is required.
- Must possess excellent fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- A high level of trustworthiness and integrity is essential, as the position involves handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software/tools.
- Must be comfortable turning on their camera during all remote working hours – video presence is required for team interaction and accountability.
- Fluent in Arabic language (is a plus)
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally when required for work-related purposes.
