- Source, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with IT vendors for hardware, software, and services
- Develop and maintain relationships with IT suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and reliable delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their IT requirements and provide procurement support
- Monitor and track IT procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Review and approve purchase orders, invoices, and contracts related to IT procurement
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in IT procurement processes
- Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in IT procurement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT/Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Excellent fluency in English, both spoken and written
- High level of trustworthiness and integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software/tools
- Must be comfortable turning on camera during all remote working hours
- Fluent in Arabic language (is a plus)
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally when required

Job Overview

Requirements

- A high level of trustworthiness and integrity is essential, as the position involves handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software/tools.
- Must be comfortable turning on their camera during all remote working hours – video presence is required for team interaction and accountability.
- Fluent in Arabic language (is a plus)
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally when required for work related purposes.
