We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on, and solutions-oriented

to join our growing team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of technology across AlphaMind’s portfolio of venues and operations.

This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-site hospitality environment, while bringing an innovative mindset to identify and implement technology solutions that support the group’s continued growth.

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations across all group venues and corporate offices, ensuring POS, reservation, payroll, accounting, and network systems run smoothly and securely.
• Act as the main point of contact for all technology needs across restaurants and hospitality venues, working closely with General Managers and Operations teams to resolve issues quickly.
