Kira is a luxury restaurant with two bars, elevated cuisine, an exceptional beverage program, and a discerning clientele.
Role Overview
Join Kira as a craft-focused Bartender serving guests across both restaurant bars.
Deliver polished beverage service while maintaining high standards of technique, product knowledge, and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare classic and signature craft cocktails with precision, consistency, and creativity.
- Provide attentive service at the bar and in the dining room, anticipating guest needs.
- Guide guests through beverage recommendations and pairings.
- Manage setup, breakdown, inventory counts, and restocking across both bars.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and well stocked.
- Handle transactions, bar tabs, and POS operations accurately.
- Collaborate on seasonal menus, cocktail creation, and special events.
- Train junior bar staff or barbacks as needed.
- Uphold grooming, presentation, and guest interaction standards.
