Role Overview
The Runner supports the Front of House team at Son Of A Fish.
The role delivers food and beverages promptly and assists service staff to maintain speed, accuracy, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
Position type is full-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverage orders from kitchen or service stations to guests’ tables.
- Check the presentation, temperature, and accuracy of items before serving.
- Assist waitstaff with table setup, clearing, and resetting during peak periods.
- Keep service areas, service stations, and pass areas clean and organized.
- Communicate order status and guest requests to kitchen and service teams.
- Replenish cutlery, napkins, condiments, menus, and other supplies.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards.
