Job Summary
Support the development and execution of marketing strategies for a hospitality business.
Promote restaurants, events, promotions, and services while increasing brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue.
The role covers digital marketing, content, campaigns, events, partnerships, reporting, brand presence, and budget support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns for restaurants, events, promotions, and services.
- Manage social media platforms and create content to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Coordinate email marketing, online advertising, website updates, and promotional campaigns.
- Assist in creating brochures, flyers, presentations, advertisements, and promotional content.
- Work with sales, operations, and revenue teams to support business objectives and promotional initiatives.
- Coordinate with agencies, designers, photographers, influencers, media partners, and suppliers.
- Plan and promote seasonal campaigns, special events, packages, and hospitality experiences.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify marketing opportunities.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback as part of online brand and reputation management.
