Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator to manage and support our organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring systems run smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
This role plays a key part in maintaining business continuity by proactively resolving technical issues and supporting end-users across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain servers, networks, and IT infrastructure
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Implement and maintain data backup and disaster recovery procedures
- Ensure network security through firewalls, antivirus, and patch management
- Provide technical support and training to end-users
- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and service procurement
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server administration
- Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration
- Familiarity with IT security best practices
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service orientation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA, MCSA, CCNA) are a plus
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai
