Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Admin to support project coordination and administrative operations for a growing team in Dubai.
This role plays a key part in ensuring projects run smoothly by managing documentation, schedules, and communication between stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to supporting project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update project documentation, records, and files
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-ups between project stakeholders
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required
- Manage procurement requests, invoices, and vendor communications
- Support project managers with data entry and administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project documentation standards
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Prior experience in an administrative or project support role preferred
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) is a plus
