Role Summary
Support the day-to-day management of IT systems, user accounts, devices, and technical infrastructure.
Provide technical support to employees and maintain reliable and secure access to workplace technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support to employees.
- Set up laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and user accounts.
- Manage user access, passwords, and system permissions.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Install and configure software and business applications.
- Manage Microsoft 365 accounts, email, and user licenses.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective.
- Maintain IT equipment inventories and assigned-device records.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.
- Support basic network, Wi-Fi, printer, and meeting-room technology issues.
- Monitor support requests and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Maintain IT documentation, system records, and access information.
