Mondrian Doha is hiring a Food & Beverage Intern in Doha.
The role supports Food & Beverage operations across restaurants, bars, events, and other venues on the property.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily Food & Beverage operations across restaurants, bars, and events.
- Support service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquets.
- Prepare tables, mise-en-place, and service areas to brand standards before each shift.
- Greet guests, provide attentive service, and handle requests with care.
- Apply service standards, upselling techniques, and menu knowledge.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Handle food, beverages, and equipment according to hygiene standards.
- Support events, themed nights, and special promotions.
- Learn and adapt to different Food & Beverage areas.
- Share feedback and ideas to improve service and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
