About the Role
Nationwide Middle East Properties LLC seeks an International Sales Specialist to identify and engage international investors for Abu Dhabi real estate opportunities. Responsibilities include outbound sales, client relationship management, virtual property presentations, and closing transactions.

- Identify and engage international investors interested in Abu Dhabi real estate opportunities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and digital platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and investment partners
- Present and promote off plan and secondary market properties to international buyers
- Conduct virtual property presentations and investment consultations
- Understand clients' investment goals and recommend suitable property options
- Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline through the CRM system
- Negotiate and close property transactions while ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, developer launches, and investment opportunities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in Real Estate, Investment Advisory, Banking, Wealth Management, or International Sales
- Experience dealing with international clients and investors is highly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust and maintain long term client relationships
- Fluency in English is required
- Additional languages such as Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Turkish will be considered an advantage
