About the Role
Nationwide Middle East Properties seeks multilingual Real Estate Sales Advisors for a commission-only role in Abu Dhabi. You will generate leads, assist clients in buying/selling/leasing, conduct viewings, and close deals.

- Build and maintain strong client and investor relationships
- Stay updated on market trends and property listings
- Negotiate deals and close sales successfully
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate client and transaction records
Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome
- Languages: Arabic, English, Italian, French, Russian etc
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self motivated, target driven, and proactive personality
- Ability to work in a fast paced sales environment
- Basic knowledge of UAE real estate market is an advantage
- Must have own valid UAE residence visa (mandatory)
- UAE driving license is a plus

About the Role

Compensation
- Purely commission based role (NO basic salary)
- Attractive commission structure of up to 60%
